A visual editor for placing targets in-game: box, sphere and polygon zones or model targets. You can add multiple interactions per target and get ready-to-use Lua code.

Our take: No more copying coordinates and restarting resources. A real time-saver for any developer.

Wheels take damage from hard landings and crashes and can fall off as synced objects. Driving on loose wheels affects handling. There are five presets, from Arcade to Hardcore, plus a wheel scanner and a tyre kit.

Our take: Loose wheels remember which vehicle they came from, including mods and colours. A nice touch for mechanic RP.

A co-op ghost hunt: take on a case, investigate a haunted house with a thermometer, EMF reader, spirit box and camera, and work out which of ten ghosts is haunting it. Your sanity drops the longer you stay inside, and an exorcism is optional.

Our take: You build haunted houses in-game without a restart, and players get their own handbook. This is content that fills a whole evening.

A construction job with twelve regions, each with its own mechanic: formwork, rebar, a tower crane, a concrete pump and pipe laying. Players put up a building together, and it then stays visible to everyone.

Our take: All progress and payouts are tracked on the server. That makes it hard to exploit and keeps everything consistent.

Lean left or right out of cover while aiming, and grab ledges automatically when you jump. There are per-weapon profiles, and the camera accounts for walls.

Our take: It uses the engine's own animation tasks, so there are no teleports or attached props. That bodes well for stability.

An MCP server inside your local FXServer, Cfx Server or RedM server that lets AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor restart resources, read the console and run Lua or JS.

Our take: Powerful for development, but it deliberately executes code remotely. Use it locally only, never in production.

A flyable hot air balloon with a detailed basket and burner, made for sightseeing, events, dates and cinematics. Drop it in, add ensure ms_balloon, done.

Our take: The author lists the poly counts per LOD level and the texture size. We like that openness.

A redesigned pause map with separate day and night textures, a searchable blip panel with categories, waypoints from the list, Cayo Perico on the map and radar, and postal codes that appear as you zoom in.

Our take: Free, but you need tgiann-core and ox_lib. The code is escrowed; the config files can be edited.

1,235 inventory icons in one consistent pixel art style, across 27 categories. The file names follow qb-core's items.lua, so most items match straight away.

Our take: CC0 means you can use them, edit them and even put them on a paid server without credit. Seven other styles are available too.

A complete open-source phone with calls and radio (YACA, PMA Voice or SaltyChat), messages, social apps, banking, invoices, a marketplace, a camera and minigames. Media can optionally be stored through FiveManage.

Our take: A free phone with this much in it is rare. It's still a beta, so test it properly first.
